Meet Your Teacher

I’m the mama bear to twin 4 year old strong-willed girls who turned my world upside down - from the moment we knew they were coming.

Soon after their birth, I found myself unraveling.

I was not the same woman who I once was and I felt SO out of control. I felt like I was standing in the middle of a crowded room screaming at the top of my lungs...but no one could hear me.

I was losing myself -- not just my body after my twin pregnancy, but my sanity. Who I was as a woman.

Today, I am a no B.S. mama who is teaching women to take back their lives, one step at a time.  

I’m a teacher at heart. It's my day job and what I love to do. I am always researching and asking questions, trying to find a simpler, more straightforward way of living life. I thrive in an uncomplicated lifestyle, and I take steps towards that every single day. The steps are small, but they are there, and they give me some sense of control over my world.

I started implementing good habits one at a time. I am a thorough researcher of self-care, wellness, good eating, and organization. The RESULTS that I’ve gotten from implementing all that I’ve learned are astonishing.

  • I found that I could do SO MUCH MORE with the little pockets of time in my day.  
  • I lost 30 pounds.
  • I felt the fog of my bipolar disorder lifting.
  • I gained back my independence.
  • I successfully taught my kids healthy eating habits. (even my husband has jumped on the bandwagon!)
